It should be and so far I think it is. Bush has handled the reporting on it well. It could backfire if the enemy sees us as 'Celebrating' Zarqawi's death. It is good to have taken him out no doubt and to report it as a significant accomplishment in the war; but, dancing on graves, or even speaking ill of the dead is not wise.
