Accessory to murder would be the congressional members that have taken political donations from these big drug companies and have legislated their use. Life in Guantanamo would be just. I think you just made abortion acceptable to members of Congress. In the future it might even end up being acceptable to the Catholic Church again. The Church didn't have a single stance until the 19th century. It's hard to figure out whether the teaching today is infallible doctrine. St Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, pretty well respected theologians, did not believe that there was a soul at conception. Hence, abortion was ok for some x number of weeks. It seems if the Church now had an infallible doctrine on the matter, that would suggest that 'ol Augustine and Tommy were teaching heresy and the Church might want to cancel their sainthood[s]. jttmab
