As you've pointed out, there have been missed opertunities in the past. Even this time, he initially lived through two hits by 500 lb bombs. Al-Zawahiri slipped past them a couple of months ago in Pakistan. I think they wanted to eliminate all the risks possible of missing him.

"Botton line is that Bush wants a 'bogyman' and he still has OBL.

It wont be over even if they get OBL. There are plenty of targets still out there.

I don't know why you think so. And, I have now read a couple of news releases and there are other children that have died from subsequent related engagements. Its not like there is a battle field, so there are bound to be such things. It is sad and it matters.
