Uncertainty seems to be near an all-time high. No idea what to make of it unfortunately...

EDIT: considering NG's post history, his capitulation should spell a major reversal. Under normal circumstances I'd assume this is a screaming buy signal but who am I to judge... (considering my mediocre to slightly successful investment history - well, I shouldn't complain, though ;-))
