agreed regarding short term prospects, although I'd tend to see Conroe as a non-issue long-term.

Market should be anticipating so there's a probability (most of) Conroe is already priced in.

Semi picture seems to be a mixed bag as far as a brief glance at BUGGI's link suggests: "SEMI: Book-to-bill increased from 1.03x in March to
1.11x in April
? SICAS: Utilisation rates have decreased from 91.8%
in 4Q05 to 89.5% in 1Q06 as capacity grew faster
than wafer starts"

Would a 65 nm delay of up to six months make a major difference for the long term in your opinion (EDIT: just to illustrate what I consider near the worst case. Guessing that Q2 earnings will make or break the common in the near term)
