SEN. REED: Do you have any information that, beyond providing the safe haven, as you seem to have clear evidence, that the Iraqi regime is facilitating their operations?

"SLAM DUNK" TENET: That's what we're trying to understand more of, sir. >>>

RE:his is perhaps the most alarming accusation. The State Department's 2002 Patterns of Global Terrorism report notes that,

"In the past year, al-Qaida operatives in northern Iraq
concocted suspect chemicals under the direction of senior
al-Qaida associate Abu Mus'ab al-Zarqawi and tried to
smuggle them into Russia, Western Europe, and the United
States for terrorist operations."

2002?? Were these the famous WMD? BTW, where are they?

And don't quote Powell's UN speech, it was total bull shit and he is almost admitting it now....

Further more, if you don't want to talk to me on your private thread, don't do it here either....

Why are you trying so hard to connect Iraq with al Qaeda???

No logical person would think they had any reason to be interconnected.

Saddam was a pragmatist. He didn't want wack-job terrorists bringing him grief.
