Wow! And I thought China was booming with 10% GDP growth. At least high oil prices are making somebody happy. They are probably PRAYING for the chimp to invade Iran!

The report highlights the achievements in the various economic sectors, and reveals that the UAE achieved a budget surplus for the first time in more than 20 years.

That's lame.......20 years to get a surplus. Now I understand the Durbai skyline better.
