I believe you are in correct. Approximately 68 million shares outstanding. When Dale was alive this might have been correct but I believe that a large number of his shares have be placed in other hands so I would think float about 50 million.All this makes very little difference if the numbers are good this will fly.

With all due respect Mr. Paunch, I'd like to see it on an official document of some kind. If Mr. Steeves can provide such a document, fine, but words over a telephone are meaningless.
