The plan is to crash commodities and emerging markets, so that scared investors pour their foreign $$$ into US stock and bond markets. After that, and some tough speeches, cut. Meanwhile, print and pour it into SP and DOW futures. The free markets in the US are dead. Crashing US stocks is not part of that plan -g- Now, after they cut, we'll see what credibility US Fed still has left, and how quickly the freshly accumulated bucks get dumped with no takers.
