Won't happen...people will start using ethanol in a big way in USA if Oil got to even $100 a barrel...that would put gas prices between $4-4.5 a gallon when ethanol can be made at $1.10 a gallon...all those grass clippings will have economic value in making white-lightning fuel...;>))))
