Is panther after Leopard?

No.

Anybody that knows anything at all about OS X knows Panther (OS X 10.3) was after Jaguar (OS X 10.2) and before Tiger (OS X 10.4). Talked about it here for years.

Panther was version 10.3.x. Tiger (v 10.4.x) came after that. Not sure what the version after Tiger is called--Jaguar, I think.
