Well if you bought today at .28-.30 I think you got a deal.
I am not happy with the stocks performance not one bit.
Every time they announce the stock seems to go down, problem is they announce almost daily. I am beginning to believe the short story and think they got real deep pockets.

desal is not a great solution...it pours heavy salt water back into the environment and screws up any waters that are on the re delivery
I can't see that it's any more cost effective and in fact the plants are VERY expensive....
