The only "dumb" money is money that misses the trend. Calling the market dumb is not the best way to recognize trading opportunities. Would you rather be right or earning?

4 week T bill at 4.73%. Looks to me that the Fed hasn't even implemented last meeting's hike.

Liquidity is more psychology than quantity of money.

Right now, greed is turning into fear.
