I don't disagree with anything you said about the 'death tax,' Peter.

My concern is about the 0.1%, 0.5%, or even 1% of families who have the potential to create their own cartels. Buffett is a good example, as are Gates and Soros. And, you're right, current tax laws allow them to escape the grasp of the taxman.

I don't have any good answers, I just think that at some point, the 'super-successful' can present a danger to a capitalist society.
