Figures!! I was going to hit the button and buy some in the 18's just due to the outstanding earnings, but shied away since they were not offical due to the extention filing...Sarbanes/Oxley has caused a lot of good companies some finanical grief (which is why they filed in the first place)

Frankly, I don't blame the CEO for wanting to take it private. The costs of remaining a public company are getting to be too much. Throw in the MM's games, lying short seller sites like StockLemon, idiot analysts etc; I'm not so sure I would want to be a public company either.

Case in point Disney's "CARS" movie...68mm in the first week is not enough for the "analysts"? They are poo pooing the numbers because it was not as large as "Nemo", even though half of the schools in the country are still in session..."Disney paid too much for Pixar"..blah, blah blah. I went with my grandson and saw the movie (sold out BTW) It was great, plan on buying the DVD when it comes out and would see it again at the theater.
