Rove is very guilty and you know it. A statement from his attorney does not any way change the fact Rove blabbed a covert CIA agent's name to reporters with malicious intent, then lied about it to investigators.

Those are the fact we know about. Admittedly, we don't know much more. That includes you guys on the rightwing. All you know is Rove's attorney say no indictment, a reporter said yes he's indicted and Fitzgerald is 100% mum. You also know Rove leakeed Plame's name and lied about it.

If this attorney is lying, it would not be the first time.
Or the reporter could be wrong. Or they could both be right if Fitzgerald changed his mind. And why would he change his mind? Maybe if Rove flipped and agreed to testify against other crooks in the White House, especially Dick Cheney whose idea this Plame-outing seems to have been in the first place.

Notice Cheney's righthand man is indicted already and has stated he was ordered to leak the name by "superiors". That means Cheney. Could also mean Rove, but probably cheney.
