Bank of America has been steadily moving thousands of tech jobs to India. The latest to go are about 100 positions that handle BofA's internal tech support I would tell them to shove their severence. Kristel was in a hotel-industry version of this, and did tell them to shove it. I'll train my replacement if I am voluntarily leaving the job. But if the company is going to "downsize" me, forget it. Why should I do them any favors? Those guys will have another job within a month of leaving. They'll all put each other down as references, refer each other to hiring companies, and move on. Derek
