Yes the debt loads are enormous. I work in credit and don't get the numbers. Unless there is more underground money than I realize.

It has too hurt. You mean these increases in interest rate may cause the depression?

Good post DAK, I almost shorted the market today.

After the 1987 fall the feds opened up the spickets full throttle. They may do it agian if theere is a big stock market fall. But in 1987 gold never went back up, but this time is most likely different.

But I do not have a clue how it will manifest itself.
