Me? Warn about katrina? Do I look like the weather man to you? Get yourself a new pair of glasses, gramps... New Orleans flooded because the crooked mayor and incompetent governor didn't have a plan ready, they are the PRIMARY RESPONSE TEAM for their city and state, you cannot roll a dead man into the ER and expect the doctors and nurses there to bring the guy back to life... those levees needed repair for the past 40 years, buy your demohack environmentalist nut jobs fought to stop any reinforcement of those levees because they thought it might upset the environment... so, you can't have it both way, but nice try... go whine about katrina to someone who cares...
