When I think through what I might do I guess the first thing would get a panel of experts and do a think tank on what would best benefit our society.. Maybe even feed back from the governors of each State.. Well, there goes half of it :>) Enron cost Calif 68 Bil. I figured out we could have come close to putting solar on every house in the state for that money. I'd balance the budget by going back to the pre-Bush tax structure. I don't like paying more taxes than the richies do.
