I have never said "Bush lied," and the sources I cited never said "Bush lied."

I know you didn't and did not mean to give you the impression that you did.

I still believe Bush stood up before the judge and used his powers of persuasion to convince the jury of his accumulated facts. I recall his arguments very well and thought then, that his presentation could possibly come back and bite him in the butt. Which it has.

That said, when you consider the alternative/(s), we have the best man in the position right now.
