Bush's policies have made the Middle East much more dangerous. Iran and Palestine are the two key examples, along with the debacle in Iraq which was clearly very poorly planned from the outset. Iran's current government exists in large part because of Bush's "Axis Of Evil" speech. Before that they were actually helping us in Afghanistan to some degree and were much more moderate. Same with Arafat's government in Palestine, now taken over by the ultra dangerous Hamas.

Nobody has benefitted more from terrorism than Bush, and nobody has made the Middle East more dangerous than Bush has. Also, before 9-11 Bush was 100% AWOL on terrorism.
