So scientifically speaking it really DOESN"T tell us anything objective about god... Sure it does. If people are gods creation then defective people are part of the plan too. That doesn't tell you everything, but it is definitely a data-point. Now data-points can have alternate explanations too. That is the way science works. For example god's intention may be perfect people in his image, but he isn't all-powerful enough to achieve the complete goal. The point then becomes to check for consistency between the hypothesis and later conclusions, plus consistency with other data-points that may be discovered. TP
