The rightwing has taken over a huge part of the media, especially on the radio. The "liberal media" myth is a big fat lie. Rightwingers point to the NY Times, but in the NYC market, they are balanced out by three conservative newspapers, the WSJ, the Murdock paper and the Sun. ALl conservative biased newspapers. The Bushie smear campajgn in 2004 got huge media coverage even though it was 100% lies. This proves the rightywing media has at least as much clout, and is much more aggressive about using thaty clout, even when it's unethical. Also, the only TV network which is clearly biased is Fox, to the right, and it's the biggest one. Fox is not serving the interests of the American people, they're serving their boss's industrial self-interests. They are 70-30% biased toward the rightwing, as is proven by counting their guests. And they don't have a single democrat with his own show.
