No, the charts clearly show that the first 65nm transistor has embedded SiGe. It is the transistor DIRECTLY UNDER the beginning of the 65nm arrow on the chart. This cannot be refuted. This same transistor MUST be used by 90nm BEFORE it is used by 65nm. Again, an incontrovertible fact. Since 65nm will appear in late Q4, the same transistor MUST appear on 90nm well before that. Indeed, it would be quite dangerous to start 65nm wafers in September/October if the transistor has not been verified by 90nm production output first. Petz
