"what is it 99%" I provided a link to the budget of one of our largest universities that showed little or no federal funding. At most, there could be some stuck in the category of "Contracts, Gifts and Grants". That is about 8% of the total budget, and given that TAMU is like number 2 as to alumni donations, any federal money would be but a fraction of that category. So until you can dig up something that contradicts this, you have been caught lying again. No huge surprise, but...
