You can't think and Icelandic dude's opinion of how to run Palestine is as important as an Egyptian's next door, can you?

Why not?


1- He is not as affected by the decision
2- He is much less aware of the situation in the area affected
3- All politics is local

Pretty basic stuff. In determining a politcal solution in any region, the views of the people in the region ought to take precedence to the views of outsiders. I don't think that is too strange an idea.
