In DC if you get caught driving without a license, you drive down to the court house pay a 25 dollar fine. Get in your car and drive away. You call that enforcement??

People have bought and buy SUV's because they got suckered into them by the car manufacturers.

Are you telling me you think advertising is strong enough to make otherwise sanepeople go ouot and buy those large SUVs? There is no interest on their part at all? Just slick advertising? How gullible are you? Sheesh. DO you think people did not know the mileage sucked? Amazing what you think!
