Let's follow up on "context" and the meaning of "fact":

Although when one states "this is a fact" they imply that what they are saying is "true", we can see by futher inspection that in order for any 'fact' to be true it needs context... more directly, the root of the word 'fact' is "that which has been made" (as in manufacture). The further inspection shows that we actually do MAKE the fact, for this fact depends on the context that is being immediately observed or discussed.

So ones "concrete" fact needs context to be made out of...

Yes it is subjective. Our judgements are based on our values. But this discussion is amongst homo sapiens and not pigs, so the subjectivity ought to be within the parameters of rational discourse.
