The interview isn't that suspect of data, and its the best data we have as to his opinion. Reading the book and seeing the movie won't tell you that he doesn't believe the things he said in the interview, unless he flat out denies them in the book or movie, and even then it would show an inconsistency more than it would invalidate the interview. Unless I am given some specific reason to doubt the interview (once again it doesn't have to be a very solid reason but it has to be more than "Interview data is suspect data.") I will continue to consider it the best available data on this specific issue.
