Whenever I go through our little (8600 residences) town in the evening.....especially on weekends.......I notice shiny cars with their engines running with people sitting inside in the parking lots of grocery stores or the theater. I'm pretty sure they are the dealers that drive in from the big city out to the burbs to sell their dope. They know there are plenty of customers and a limited Police force. Our local Sheriff gave a speech at a function I attended a few yrs ago and said that cocaine and heroin use by professionals is very high in our area.
