That is soooo cool only is California is that radical action possible. <g>

New York City set a record too for bankrupting a city. My mother was once on a charitable board that declared bankruptcy. The bank requested the resignation of every member of the board and then invited her and a handful of the other members back. Any legislator that is part of this should be banned from any form of public service unless they can prove they always voted against fiscal irresponsibility.

BTW - Due to many factors the charity is now a success.
