Coulter may have sold her book but she's alerted a lot of people to the dangers this crowd presents the country. When folks come to her defense it's hard to have faith in this posture...the US is turning out to be a pretty radical place after all... I never doubted it. That's why I have thought of leaving. 9/11 was a major wakeup call on multiple levels. It helped give birth to people like Coulter, Robertson, Falwell and Rush. And notice that the so called 'rational right' never condemns them; only defends their right to speak. Why? Because they give voice to what the so called 'rational right' is thinking, but afraid to say.

I don't disagree that the US is more right than many of us once thought. But this is different, Coulter is acting like a pig and saying things that are very inappropriate. It should offend numerous people and wake them up to the fact of how dangerous the current regime is.
