yes, anything under 11 is a solid buy on this one IMO, as nothing has changed fundamentally...as i had noted, it always seems to have these dips, especially after it goes ex-dividend, and the sell-off was probably exacerbated by the market conditions at first when i saw where it had closed yesterday, i thought perhaps they had put out news on the vibra refinancing, but that doesn't appear to be the case in any event, i will likely be adding some today unless it gaps up too far
