A few years back, My sister & her family from Australia visited me in the US for 1 week. Are they classified Aus or Indian ?

My sister's husband is a Chef, so we got tons of food at home, made him cook, rather than eat out... We did spend a good chunk on Wine and cheese...

Don't you think the length of stay is partly a function of how much further the trip is, from India, and how much more expensive? Our Indian friends who have family to visit (mostly parents) expect their parents to stay for a while, to get their money's worth out of their tickets. Also, while Hispanics aren't generally vegetarians, many of the Indian families we know are, which makes eating out more difficult in America, because we are not a heavily vegetarian culture- and eating out is one of the main ways visitors in this country spend cash.
