let me see if i got this right...you decided to take the risks associated with a long position in AMD common and bet on low volatility...right ?

I thought the stock overshot on the down side, and my bet was that it will be over $25 on Friday. If it is over $25.45, I would be leaving money on the table because of the call. My breakeven is $24.22. And yeah, the implied volatility seemed a little on the high side (which aids option writers).
