Hitchens and RFK proved that Bushies in Ohio ran a statewide flagrant attempt to sway the election. What is not quite proven, and can't be until there is a thorough investigation, is if enough votes were stolen to have swung the election. But that's almost irrelevant because a cheater who steals 50,000 votes instead of 60,000 is no less a cheater.

Also, when you add in the millions spent lying to Ohians about the smearvets charges, and all Bush's phony claims in his Tv ads, that accounts for more cheating. Bush's TV ads and smear campaign reflected no ethics whatsoever.
