OJ was not convicted; does this mean he is innocent? If someone flies to Afghanistan to train in an al qaeda training camp, and is caught and says that he thought it was going to be a vacation, 99.999% of the people will laugh. Apparently, you are the 0.001% who will believe his story! Thinking like yours is the reason why dems lose elections;-)

If they have the goods then they can have a trial and convict him. Then he will be a convicted terrorist. Until then he's not. Kinda like our troops in Iraq when they're suspected of doing wrong, right? They aren't tried in the press or anything like that, right?
