"Are we destined to be on opposite sides?" There are two sides imo. But I just went back and looked at a few of your posts, including some to me. I would not say we are on opposite sides. You seem to be pretty reasonable and do present thoughtful arguments. But on this thread my statement is generally true. I also posted a couple of times on the GOP wingers lies and distortion thread so my thought process was a bit polluted. I think this started because of my pointing out others hate filled invective. I strongly believe that hatred for Bush and conservatism in general is what fuels the hard left. Plenty of evidence for this imo. Especially on these internet threads
