Slashing tires doesn't change any votes. That's irrelevant, just a stupid prank. We're talking about election fraud here, not pranks. One Bushie prank that was serious was in New Hampshire there their guy was found guilty of jamming Dem party phonelines during the get-out-the-vote drive. Thet dirty trickster's phone records show he was in constant contact with the White House political office, which means Rove.
