That's only for people who have the intestinal fortitude to listen to her explanation.

And it's also very thin. These victims don't say they cannot be challenged. But someone who sinks to the lowest common denominator like Ann has done in her characterizations of them is guilty of a plain old smear job. She doesn't even bother to try to address them on the points. She remains totally on ad hominum attack, and for that she deserves all the malice she gets.

There is a well known dynamic in the psychology of abuse. It is an unhealthy expression of victimhood.

It takes three steps. 1) Someone identifies themself as a victim. 2) The victim identity declares the right to alleviate their tramma by acting against the entity they hold responsible for their victimhood. 3) The victim targets the entity they hold responsible for their state of victimhood and acts out against their target... and feels entitled to act in ways that most of us consider over the edge or abusive.

Its a triangle that perpetuates victim/abuse.

Anne is claiming a 4th step. That is that some leftwing victims have gone through step three and also have declared a type of protected status.
