Review:

I like it. At times Emmylou's voice is the feminine equal of Mark Knopfler. I mean, if he was a she, he might sound like her.

Although I listened to it, there was not one song that really stands out like I need to hear it again, like right now, this second, play it again.

It's a cool collection of songs. Normally Mark K plays his guitar and the sound by-passes my ears and enters straight into my spine on a bee-line to my soul.

On this record, it waffles around in my head a bit and then into the happy part of my body and disappears.

Maybe with a few more listens this will change.

Don't get me wrong I still like it. Really do.

Just not as much as some of his other brilliant stuff.

Emmylou has a cool voice.

Just needed to add some more guitar to it. You know the sound. The sound where if the lights were down, that guitar just enters your body and transports you where ever he feels he is.
