They are simply ratcheting the margins back to the norm after blasting the margins up when Au & AG ran hard to the recent top.

Because every technical, sentiment and volume analysis that I know says so. Early days but the whole market may have just put in the 4 year cycle low.

We shall see...Those extreme technical and sentiment readings could stay that way for a long time. Nothing I watch technically tells me a major low has been made. The big boys are pushing the market up for options to expire, at a time when the market is oversold. By middle of next week the downturn will resume,IMO.

Fundamentally the market will not rise till Bernanke stops raising rates. I therefore wager we will see Nasdaq below 2000 between now and end of august, which means our miners can be bought at lower prices as well, JMO.
