State farm has stuck it to me several times in the past Patron - I liquidated everything I could that required lots of insurance - I just stuck it to them on some mold claims. Really I don't understand why we don't have codes where all wood and drywall is made of mold resistant material or coatings in areas of high humidity and lots of rain.

just get one of those 125% helocs from Ditech and think of that as insurance.

the day after the hurricane hits, draw down the heloc and skip town.
