But since in that case the Commander In Chief would be doing the throwing, First Pick doesn't really rhyme with First Pitch, does it?

Some possibilities: glitch, hitch, itch, snitch, stitch, switch, twitch, which.

I mean, I can think of a few appropriate words that rhyme with First Pick, but they don't rhyme with anything in baseball.
