No I don't agree that it can't be proven. It would take an investigation. That would determine if there was fraud that could be proved in a court of law. An investigation would definitely be more difficult with out the paper trail. Just as Diebold planned it.

To me it's obvious that there was fraud, simply by looking at the statistics.

Then there are provable crimes such as throwing away voter registrations, allocation of voting machines, throwing away provisional ballots, etc. Would this be proof enough to mandate an overturning of the election? Maybe not, but it would be enough proof to put some folks in jail IMHO. Crimes were committed.
