Check out BioteQ Engineering. They are involved in the Britannia remediation solution. Phelps uses Bioteq at Bisbee to purify acid rock drainage and recovers enough copper to do it at a profit. Falconbridge has a plant at Raglan. Jiangxi Copper will be taking them in to China and so on...

I could have done it for 99 dollars. Just promote a hippy rock fest on the mountain. They make a mess, turn it into a quagmire of mud, and then the resulting slide will bury the minesite. Instant pollution cover-up.
