Based on the statistics and probabilities AS has a good case for arguing that it's been proved. I'm not sure how a court of law looks at statistics and probabilities. They probably do it all the time. Heck a breathalizer machine is based on probabilities and statistics to determine blood alcohol. One of those was good enough to convict W of a DUI. Perhaps a statistical analysis of the votes would be enough to prove fraud...I don't know.

Perhaps we can agree that at the very least a full investigation of the Ohio election is mandated? Then let the cards fall where they may.

It's a little like closing the barn door after the horse is gone IMHO. I think the proper way of removing W is though impeachment.
