So would it not be funny if people do find it insulting? I'm just curious. I didn't find it funny at all- assuming as I did that people of faith on the left would find it nasty, which they do. I'm just wondering if live people being hurt by this makes it less funny. Maybe it doesn't- I don't know.

She can definitely dish out a funny line or two in her columns, but other than that, she is just about useless. She has actually managed to bring political discussions even further into the gutter, which is quite a feat. The question on the table was whether it's possible to be concurrently a useless gutter dweller and funny. Although I utterly disapprove of her, I occasionally find her funny. It would seem that we agree.
