Sandra Day O'Connor was always a zero ... Always ..... .......... She was appointed by Reagan. As the Court moved further to the right she started to appear to be more sensible. Hell, one of the most liberal Justices, John Paul Stevens, was appointed by Ford. Reagan had a horrible effect on the Court. His loser, Rehnquist, was on it forever--much of it as Chief Justice. Carter had no appointments. The Supreme Court is becoming a waste because of Roe v. Wade. We'd all be better off if that issue was left to the States. Ironically. /john
